A POS that records mobile money (MoMo) payments properly

In Ghana, half the money at the till arrives as mobile money. Akoma POS treats MoMo as a first-class payment: you record it, keep the transaction ID and screenshot, and see it in your reports next to cash, so you can tell at the end of the day what really came in.

  • MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash and AirtelTigo Money
  • Screenshot and transaction ID attached to the sale
  • Split payments across cash and MoMo
  • QR-verified receipts and per-method reports
  • No transaction fees

Record every MoMo payment

The cashier shows the shop number, the customer pays, and the cashier attaches the screenshot and types the MoMo transaction ID. The sale is marked merchant-confirmed, so you can trace it later.

Split cash and MoMo on one sale

A customer who pays part in cash and part by MoMo is one sale with two recorded payments, each tracked to the pesewa.

Receipts a customer can verify

Every receipt has a unique code and QR. Anyone can open the verify page to see that the sale is real and how the payment was confirmed.

No cut of your sales

Akoma does not charge a percentage of what you collect. You pay a subscription, and the money your customers send stays yours.
